As an Early Career Teacher placed through our agency, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of all students. You will foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth. Utilizing innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning experiences, you will collaborate with colleagues to plan, assess, and support student progress. Engaging with parents and carers to keep them informed about their child's development, you will participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities, and contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and school events.

To be considered for this role, you must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be expected to achieve QTS by the start date. Flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude towards challenges are essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
