CT Teacher - Tameside
Teaching Personnel are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) who has recently completed their PGCE and is looking to gain valuable experience in general supply teaching roles. This role will begin after the October half term. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, gaining exposure to different teaching styles and age groups.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and able to work on short notice. You should be passionate about teaching and committed to providing an engaging and supportive learning environment for all students.

Within this role, you can work flexibly in a range of schools to suit your preferences, whether you prefer working 5 days a week or starting with 2-3 days. Teaching Personnel offers a competitive salary ranging from £550 - £700, subject to qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects and age groups.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students.
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff.

Requirements:

  • PGCE qualification or equivalent.
  • Valid DBS check.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
