Educational Healthcare Assistant

Key Information:

-          School based support role in Blackpool, FY3.

-          Care / support / health care background experience.

-          Supporting pupils with additional needs.

-          Be able to commute to and from Blackpool daily.

-          Part-time and full-time roles available.

-          Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30pm.

-          Options for temp to perm available.

-          PAYE Contract.

The Role:

Working as a member of support staff in a specialist provision requires you to be adaptable, reliable, resilient and have knowledge and understanding of how to provide high quality care following care plans. This school support pupils aged 2-19 years with a wide range of SEN needs including complex medical needs, physical disabilities, profound and multiple learning difficulties including speech, language, and communication needs.

Next steps:

-          Send a copy of your most recent CV to Katie.

-          Provide in date documents for right to work, photo ID and proof of address x2.

-          Be able to apply for a DBS (£38) and put this onto the update service (£13).

-          Attend an interview at our Preston office.

-          Be available to start work in the new academic year upon vetting clearance.
