Teaching Personnel - Manchester South Secondary branch

As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant at our Manchester South Secondary branch, you will play a crucial role in supporting the English department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging English lessons
  • Working with students on a 1:1 and small group basis to enhance literacy skills
  • Supporting the teacher in maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Helping to improve students' academic performance in English
  • Assisting with behaviour management in the classroom
  • English Undergraduate Degree or higher
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Strong behaviour management abilities
  • Passionate about education and supporting student learning
  • Experience working in an educational setting
  • Experience working with students in a support capacity
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
  • Contract-based role
  • Located in Chorlton, North West England

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
