Teaching Personnel are working closely with a thriving school in the Fareham area who are seeking a creative English Teacher to join their dynamic team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 levels.
  • Create a dynamic and creative classroom environment to inspire and motivate students.
  • Assess and mark students' work, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
  • Develop lesson plans that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, identifying areas where additional support is needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the school.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent or this could be a great opportunity for an Early Careers Teacher (ECT).
  • Strong subject knowledge in English.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their full potential.
