Are you a passionate and dedicated English Teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of secondary school students? Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher to join a vibrant mainstream secondary school in Irthlingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented educator to inspire and support students, helping them to achieve their full potential in English language and literature.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and effective English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. You will create a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a love for literature and language, and encouraging students to develop their reading, writing, and analytical skills. Your ability to differentiate instruction and provide targeted support will be crucial in helping all students succeed, regardless of their starting point.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English, with a relevant degree and teaching qualification. Experience teaching at the secondary level is essential, and familiarity with the UK curriculum is highly desirable. We are looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable in their subject but also passionate about teaching and capable of building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
