About the Role:

Are you a dedicated English teacher ready to inspire students and make a real impact? Teaching Personnel is partnering with a successful Academy in Braintree, Essex, part of a well-respected Multi-Academy Trust, to find a talented Teacher of English. This full-time, permanent position starts in September 2024 (or as soon as possible thereafter).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to ongoing curriculum improvement.
  • Student Support: Monitor progress and provide targeted support to students.
  • Pastoral Care: Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share resources and ideas.

What We Are Looking For:

  • QTS: Qualified Teacher Status with experience teaching English at Key Stages 3 and 4. A-Level experience is a plus.
