Responsibilities:

• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Create inspiring and interactive English lessons that encourage critical thinking, creativity, and communication.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum, incorporating diverse texts and teaching methods.
• Student Support: Provide individualized support to students, nurturing their language proficiency and confidence.
• Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote growth.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You should hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Passion for English: Your enthusiasm for literature and language will inspire students.
• Effective Communication: Clear communication with students, parents, and colleagues is essential.
• Adaptability: Be open to innovative teaching approaches and willing to adapt to diverse learners’ needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
