Position: English Teacher

Location: Northampton

Are you passionate about English and dedicated to shaping young minds? Teaching Personnel is looking for an inspiring and dynamic English Teacher to work in schools across Northampton and surrounding areas. If you have a love for literature, language, and learning, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available)
  • Develop students’ reading, writing, and analytical skills
  • Inspire a love of literature and language
  • Prepare students for GCSE and other assessments
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Teaching certification in English
  • Previous teaching experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for literature, language, and student development.
  • Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities
  • Hold an enhanced child only DBS on the update service
