An outstanding secondary school in Preston are seeking an English Teacher. Ideally, the school would like to recruit someone who has experience as a SENDco, or knowledge of SEND, however this isn't essential.

You will join a fast-paced and friendly team, who commit their teaching and resources to providing the best education and opportunities for their students. You will have the skills and knowledge to support and progress different types of learners, and to work cooperatively as part of a team. You will be dedicated, inspiring and creative, influencing students to excel thoroughly and actively take part in this subject.

Key Highlights

  • KS3/KS4 English Teacher up to GCSE
  • Previous experience teaching English required
  • Previous SENDco / SEND experience desired
  • Good behaviour and classroom management
  • Full-time role, initially until July 2023
  • Outstanding secondary school in the heart of Preston
  • Monday – Thursday: 7.45am – 3.05pm
  • Friday: 7.45am – 12.10pm
