• Deliver inspiring and engaging English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, fostering a love for literature and language.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to ensure every learner achieves their full potential.
• Collaborate with the English department to contribute to curriculum development and student enrichment activities.
• Uphold high standards for classroom management, creating a safe and encouraging learning environment in line with school policies.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in English.
• Previous experience teaching English in secondary schools and a proven track record of fostering student success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a commitment to continuous professional development.
