SEN experience

  • Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students.
  • Provide support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other educators and parents to support student learning.

A recognised teaching qualification

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in English or related field

Prior experience in tutoring or teaching English

  • Strong understanding of the English language and grammar
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with students with SEN

Additional qualifications in Special Education or English Language Teaching

  • Part-time hours, flexible schedule
  • Classroom-based teaching in an educational setting
  • Potential for remote teaching based on circumstances

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
