What You’ll Do:

  • Support teachers with tailored learning plans for students with SEN.
  • Assist in preparing engaging, specialised materials.
  • Provide 1:1 or group support for students with autism, learning difficulties, and emotional challenges.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning space.
  • Help students achieve their goals through individual education plans (IEPs).

What You’ll Bring:

  • Passion for supporting students with SEN.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience with children is a plus but not required!
