### **What You’ll Do:**

- Conduct personalized one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions designed for ESOL students, including speakers of Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
- Develop engaging, adaptive lesson plans that tackle language challenges while highlighting student strengths.
- Boost students' confidence and fluency in English through focused, supportive instruction.
- Create an inclusive and encouraging learning space where every student feels supported.
- Continuously monitor progress and tailor teaching strategies to ensure ongoing improvement.

### **What You’ll Bring:**

- ESOL certification
- Experience working with ESOL students, particularly those speaking Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
- Expertise in teaching key language skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and connect with students.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to guiding each student’s individual journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
