### **Your Role as an ESOL Tutor:**

- Provide individualized or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the needs of ESOL students, especially those speaking Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
- Develop flexible, engaging lesson plans that tackle language challenges and build on student strengths.
- Foster confidence and fluency in English by offering thoughtful and supportive instruction.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where students feel encouraged and motivated to succeed.
- Continuously monitor progress, adapting teaching methods to ensure ongoing student improvement.

### **What You Bring to the Table:**

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience working with ESOL students, particularly those who speak Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
- Proficiency in teaching core English skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and connect with students.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students' educational journeys.
