Are you organised, reliable, and eager to contribute to the education sector? We are seeking ten diligent Exam Invigilators to join our team in supporting schools in the Bolton, Bury, and Salford areas.

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and fair conduct of examinations, maintaining the integrity of the examination process, and providing support to candidates throughout.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Examinations: Oversee the examination process, ensuring that all regulations and procedures are strictly adhered to.
  • Candidate Assistance: Provide guidance and support to candidates before, during, and after examinations, creating a conducive and stress-free environment.
  • Paperwork and Documentation: Assist in the distribution and collection of examination papers, as well as completing necessary paperwork.
  • Security and Confidentiality: Maintain high levels of security and confidentiality regarding examination materials and procedures.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or irregularities that may arise during examinations promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accurate administration of examinations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
