A highly reputable Multi Academy Trust is seeking an Exams and Data Officer to join their fast-improving secondary school located in Upminster. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about education and keen to contribute to a thriving school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of exam administration, including the planning, organization, and coordination of internal and external examinations.
  • Ensure compliance with examination regulations and guidelines set by relevant authorities.
  • Maintain accurate student data and assessment records, ensuring they are updated and managed effectively.
  • Collaborate with academic staff to support the assessment and reporting processes.
  • Generate and analyze data reports to support school improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with parents, students, and external examination bodies regarding examination queries and concerns.
  • Provide training and support for staff involved in examination processes and data management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data management systems and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in data management, education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in examination administration and data management within an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of examination regulations and procedures.
  • Proficiency in using data management software and systems, with excellent IT skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
