Salary: £85 - £95 Per day

  • Provide support to teachers in delivering lessons and activities
  • Assist students with their learning and understanding of subjects
  • Help maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
  • Prepare educational materials and resources as needed
  • Conduct one-on-one or small group sessions with students
  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
  • Experience working in a similar role within a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A relevant teaching assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.

Previous experience working as a teaching assistant in a school environment.

  • Understanding of educational principles and practises
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • First Aid training

This role involves working in a classroom setting within a school environment. The working hours are full-time, typically following school hours. The teaching assistant will collaborate closely with teachers and other staff members to support the educational development of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
