The EYFS Specialist Teacher will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. They will create engaging lesson plans, monitor student progress, and provide feedback to support each child's development. The teacher will also collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a supportive learning environment.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Specialism in Early Years Education - Knowledge of EYFS framework - Strong understanding of child development

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Early Years education

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs - Strong classroom management skills - Proficiency in using educational technology

- Postgraduate qualification in Early Years Education - Experience working with diverse student populations - Training in safeguarding and child protection

The EYFS Specialist Teacher will work in a school setting, following term dates and school hours. They may be required to attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences outside regular hours. The role involves working closely with young children and collaborating with other education professionals.
