  • Supporting the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teacher in delivering high-quality education to young children
  • Assisting with the planning and implementation of educational activities
  • Providing individualised support to children with varying learning needs
  • Creating a safe and nurturing learning environment
  • Monitoring and assessing children's progress
  • Communicating effectively with parents and other staff members
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
  • Enhanced DBS check

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting

  • Understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Patience and empathy when working with children
  • First Aid certification
  • Training in safeguarding children

This role involves working with young children in an educational setting. The working hours are full-time, and the position is temporary.
