We are a highly regarded primary school based in Blackburn with Darwen. We believe in fostering a love for learning from an early age, and we are looking for an enthusiastic EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) Teacher to join our team.

The Role:

As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development of our youngest learners. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging classroom environment, planning and delivering high-quality lessons, and ensuring each child feels valued and supported in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

-          Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

-          Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.

-          Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.

-          Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve practice.

Requirements:

-          Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

-          Experience in teaching EYFS, either during your induction period or as an experienced teacher.

-          Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-          A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
