Overview:
Smile are supporting in the recruitment for Early Years Foundation Stage Teachers in our Primary schools based in the Aston Area.
We are looking for EYFS Teachers and ECT's who have dedication and a true passion to support others and help ensure that every child’s care is tailored to meet their individual needs. We are excited to present a wonderful opportunity for EYFS Teachers in Birmingham.

Requirements for an EYFS or ECT:
- Relevant degree or equivalent – PGCE, BED or a school direct placement (QTS).
- Open to experienced teachers and early career teachers (ECT’s) with a EYFS background.
- Able and willing to travel to the area.
- An (If you do not hold this, we can arrange for you at a cost of £44, which is refundable once you have completed ten days in your new role.)
- 2 references.
- A passion for teaching/supporting.
- Good approach to behaviour management.
- A determined, hard-working attitude.
