We are working in partnership with multiple primary schools located in Oldham. Committed to providing high-quality education, one of our schools is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the EYFS teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Support the development and learning of children in the Early Years age group.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support as needed.
• Help create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being and progress of all students.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Teaching Assistance or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working in an Early Years setting is desirable.
• Passion for supporting the educational and social development of young children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Additional Requirements: Candidates without an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification are welcome to apply if they are willing to work towards one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
