EYFS Teaching Assistant

A Primary SEMH school based in Preston are looking to hire a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant to further support their pupils. These pupils have an EHC Plan and additional needs including ASC and SEMH Additional Needs.

School Key Information:

  • Primary SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school.
  • Pupils aged 2-11 years with additional needs, all pupils have an EHC Plan.
  • Staff may be required to provide personal care- successful candidates are required to be happy to provide personal care to pupils in their care.
  • The school’s ethos is to ensure equality and thriving together as a team- successful candidates will be required to work well as a team and put the well-being and safety of the pupils before their own.

Role Requirements/ information:

  • Full-time availability- Monday to Friday (8:30am – 3:30 pm)
  • School based experienced is desirable but not required.
  • Teaching Assistant Qualifications or EYFS/ Nursery experience is also desirable but not required.
  • Competitive hourly rate of pay £12.90 p/h (AWR will come into place when you have worked in the same provision for 12 weeks)
