Role Overview:

As a Full-Time EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to children in their early years. You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment, plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, and assess and support the progress of each child. Collaboration with parents and colleagues will be key to ensuring a cohesive and supportive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for EYFS students.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and adapting teaching methods as necessary.
  • Encourage and support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure effective teaching and learning.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience teaching in an EYFS setting, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about early years education.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
