We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Female PE Teacher to join our team. This role is equally suitable for experienced teachers of PE or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to start their teaching career in a great school and fantastic location.

As a PE Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Teaching high-quality lessons to students in KS3 and KS4, including the delivery of Cambridge National Sports Studies.
  • Playing a key role in a PE department that emphasizes the quality and inclusivity of PE teaching and learning.
  • Facilitating and encouraging a learning experience that provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
  • Delivering differentiated learning to enable all students to achieve their very best.

This role specifically requires a female PE teacher in accordance with the provisions of the Equality Act 2010, which permits Genuine Occupational Requirements (GOR) under certain conditions. The role includes:

  • Monitoring changing facilities where female students require privacy.
  • Teaching Girls PE, including netball.
  • Be part of a supportive and professional PE department.
  • Work in a school that values the quality and inclusivity of PE teaching.
