About the role:

Teaching Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Day-to-Day Teaching Assistant, who will support multiple secondary schools within the Newport area.  This role is ideal for someone who is looking to advance their professional growth and gain unique experience within schools, whilst having flexible hours to suit your needs.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

-          Provide 1:1 or small group support to students in need, to progress their knowledge and understanding.

-          Cooperate with teachers and other members of staff to ensure full engagement of learning within the classroom.

-          Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills.

-          Have a genuine passion for education, specifically helping students access their learning needs.

-          A confident individual, who is able to easily adapt within different school environments.
