Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must hold a QTS or equivalent teaching qualification to be considered for this role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with students, staff, and leadership teams, building rapport quickly.
  • Classroom Management: Demonstrated ability to maintain discipline and keep a classroom running smoothly, ensuring all students stay focused and engaged.
  • Flexibility and Initiative: The role requires a high level of flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to take initiative in new or unfamiliar settings.
