Job Description:

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team for the Summer Term in Plymouth. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work entirely around your availability, with opportunities to engage with a variety of schools in the local area. Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects and age groups.
  • Maintaining a positive learning environment and managing classroom behavior effectively.
  • Following school policies and procedures, as well as lesson plans provided.
  • Providing feedback to regular teachers and completing any necessary administrative tasks.

Requirements to Register with Teaching Personnel:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
  • Relevant teaching experience in a primary or secondary school setting.
  • Updated CV with details of your education, teaching experience, and any additional qualifications.
  • Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through Teaching Personnel.
  • Two professional references within the last two years.
