Smile Education, Northwest is currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant roles for schools based in Rochdale area, including Buckley, Spotland, Bagslate Moor and the city centre and so on.
Year group allocation will depend on the applicant’s background and work history.
Opportunities do exist for additional training and for career progression into a HLTA role.

You must already have two or more of the following…
- Experience working with children, within a nursery, primary or secondary school
- Knowledge of the UK Primary and Secondary Curriculum
- Able and willing to travel to the area
- Exceptionally dedicated to supporting pupils achieve the very best through an all-inclusive curriculum
- Hold a valid UK qualification, working with children and young people.
Immediate start available. Our schools can offer security with the role as it is a long-term position for at least 1 academic year and a permanent role.
The successful candidate must have:- 2 education-based references
- A passion for teaching / supporting.
- Good approach to behaviour management
- A determined, hard-working attitude
