Full-Time EYFS Practitioner

A reputable Primary School located in the Walton area, Liverpool (L4) are on the look-out for a strong EYFS Practitioner to support within the Reception class Monday-Friday 8:30-15:15. This is a long-term role covering a planned absence, the role is to begin as soon as possible and will continue until July 2022. 

The SENCO recognises that support staff are vital to ensuring that pupils in school achieve their full potential and become confident, resilient, and compassionate individuals who can make a positive contribution to the local community.

The successful candidate will be working alongside experienced teachers and support staff in this exciting and challenging post. You need to have high expectations of children in EYFS to ensure they have the best start to their education journey. An interest in working alongside young children and a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum is essential for this role. The successful applicant will also be working alongside children with educational needs including emotional, social and mental health needs is essential, together with an interest in supporting second language learners. A caring, flexible and common-sense approach is important.

** Rates of pay are competitive for work of this nature, starting at £10.20 per hour.
