Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and fully qualified teacher to join our dedicated team in Wellingborough. Responsibilities:
Teaching: Deliver high-quality lessons across all age groups, ensuring lessons are creative, engaging, and aligned with the national curriculum.
Curriculum Planning: Collaborate with colleagues to plan and develop a comprehensive and innovative curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students.
Assessment: Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the overall improvement of teaching and learning.
Differentiation: Tailor teaching methods to accommodate the varying learning styles and abilities of students, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive and orderly classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
Parental Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents through regular communication, parent-teacher meetings, and involvement in school events.
Professional Development: Stay abreast of educational trends, attend relevant training sessions, and actively engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills.
Marking and Feedback: Rigorously mark student work, providing constructive feedback to aid their development and maintaining accurate records of assessments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
