Responsibilities:

2. Curriculum Planning: Collaborate with colleagues to plan and develop a comprehensive and innovative curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students.

3. Assessment: Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the overall improvement of teaching and learning.

4. Differentiation: Tailor teaching methods to accommodate the varying learning styles and abilities of students, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

5. Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive and orderly classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.

6. Parental Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents through regular communication, parent-teacher meetings, and involvement in school events.

7. Professional Development: Stay abreast of educational trends, attend relevant training sessions, and actively engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills.

8. Marking and Feedback: Rigorously mark student work, providing constructive feedback to aid their development and maintaining accurate records of assessments.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience teaching across various age groups.
3. Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
