What You'll Be Doing:

• Teaching Geography to secondary school students across various key stages, inspiring a love for the subject through creative and engaging lessons.
• Planning and delivering lessons that meet national curriculum standards, adapting your approach to cater to a diverse range of student abilities and learning styles.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback to help each student reach their potential.
• Engaging in extracurricular Geography-related activities, field trips, and projects, bringing learning to life outside the classroom.
• Collaborating with other department members and school staff to create a positive and dynamic learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Geography or a closely related field.
• A strong passion for teaching and the ability to make Geography exciting and accessible to students of all abilities.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the adaptability to work in a variety of school settings.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to student development and welfare.
