Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide tailored English and Maths functional skills tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Create individualised learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student.
  • Deliver engaging lessons that promote student progress and achievement.
  • Assess student learning outcomes and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
  • Experience working with students with SEN.
  • Strong knowledge of the English and Maths curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching English and Maths functional skills.
  • Experience in developing individualised learning plans for students.
  • Understanding of SEN teaching strategies and best practises.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Proficiency in using technology to enhance learning outcomes.
  • This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension.
  • Work hours are Full-Time, with flexibility required to accommodate student schedules.
  • The role may involve travel to different educational settings within the Greater London area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
