• Deliver high-quality Functional Skills English and Maths tuition to learners.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to support learners in achieving their educational goals.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on learners' progress.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum.

• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed).
• Specialist qualification in Functional Skills English and Maths.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Proven experience in delivering Functional Skills English and Maths tuition.
• Demonstrated ability to support learners of varying abilities.

• Strong understanding of the Functional Skills English and Maths curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners.
• Organisational and time management skills.

• Work primarily in learners homes.
• May require travel to different locations within the Greater London area.
• Full-time hours with some flexibility in scheduling.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
