Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour

- Deliver high-quality English and Maths Functional Skills sessions to learners

- Create engaging lesson plans and materials tailored to individual student needs

- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

- Support students in developing their English and Maths skills for real-world applications

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress

- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE or equivalent)

- Specialism in English and Maths Functional Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and engage learners

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching English and Maths Functional Skills

- Strong understanding of the English and Maths Functional Skills curriculum

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles

- Proficiency in using technology to enhance learning experiences

- Additional qualifications in special education

- Full-time hours, temporary position

- Collaborate with other support staff to ensure student success

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
