The Functional Skills Tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to support students in developing their functional skills in English, Maths, and ICT. Duties include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing students' progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners to achieve their learning goals.

A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) and a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths are required.

At least 2 years of experience in delivering functional skills training in an educational setting.

Strong knowledge of the UK education system, excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate and inspire learners, and a passion for helping individuals achieve their potential.
