• Deliver high-quality, engaging functional skills sessions to learners
• Assess the needs of individual learners and tailor teaching methods accordingly
• Develop lesson plans and learning materials to support the delivery of functional skills
• Monitor and track learner progress, providing feedback and support as needed
• Collaborate with other professionals to enhance the overall learning experience

A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed)

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject

Proven experience in delivering functional skills training

• Strong understanding of the functional skills curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and engage learners of varying abilities
• Organisational skills and attention to detail
