Are you about to finish your degree?

Is your goal becoming a teacher or getting into a career that involves working with young people?

Joining our teacher training programme, you will be working as a cover supervisor for schools in the Manchester area. IN these roles, you will be covering lessons to support schools with teacher absences. This gives you exposure to leading a classroom environment, managing behaviour, and supporting students who need extra assistance with their work.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a transferable secondary education subject, including;

  • Maths
  • English
  • Science
  • Geography
  • History
  • PE
  • MFL

This role is an excellent route with experience that will give you the confidence and skill set needed in pursuing a career in education.

The successful candidate will also have a chance to go temp to perm with the school, giving you the opportunity to join the faculty on a full-time basis, earning a salary of over £21,000. 

We work with schools all over greater Manchester and will be able to help find a school that is a good location and fit for you.
