Education and Training

£20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide tutoring in GCSE English and Maths to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other professionals involved in the students' education
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with ASD
  • Strong knowledge of the GCSE English and Maths curriculum

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

At least 2 years of experience teaching GCSE English and Maths

  • Understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students with diverse needs
  • Work in a home setting or one-on-one with students
  • Potential for flexible working hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
