Education and Training

£20 - £30 Per hour

  • Deliver engaging and effective GCSE English and Maths tutoring sessions to students in outreach programmes
  • Create individualised lesson plans based on students' needs and learning styles
  • Assess students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve their understanding and performance
  • Collaborate with other tutors and educators to enhance the overall learning experience
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements
  • A relevant teaching qualification
  • Strong subject knowledge in GCSE English and Maths
  • Experience working with students in an educational setting

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE English and Maths

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and resources
  • Master's degree in Education or related field
  • Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
