Education and Training

£20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide individualised instruction to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in GCSE level English and Maths
  • Create tailored lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to support student learning
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Strong knowledge of the GCSE English and Maths curriculum

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Previous experience teaching GCSE level English and Maths to students with SEN

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Full-time hours, with some flexibility required
  • Potential for remote teaching depending on circumstances

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
