Education and Training

£20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in GCSE English and Maths
  • Create individualised learning plans to address the specific needs of each student
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding and academic progress
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly to track improvement and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development
  • Recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Strong knowledge of the GCSE English and Maths curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Previous experience in tutoring or teaching students with SEN

  • Understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals
  • Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance learning outcomes
  • Work in a school or home environment with students with SEN
  • Full-time hours, temporary position
  • Potential for occasional evening or weekend work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
