Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour

Skills: SEN Experience

  • Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to GCSE students
  • Create and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs
  • Provide support and guidance to students to improve their academic performance
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
  • A relevant degree in Education or related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education
  • Prior experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE students
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum and assessment requirements
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational skills to plan and deliver effective tutoring sessions
  • Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
  • Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting
  • Interact with students, parents, and school staff regularly
  • Potential for remote tutoring sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
