Pleckgate High School are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable General Cover Teachers to join our team on a casual, flexible basis through Teaching Personnel. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of subjects and year groups, supporting students’ learning when their usual teacher is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across various subjects in line with the school curriculum.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring students remain engaged and focused.
• Adapt to different classrooms and year groups, bringing a flexible and proactive approach.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
• Flexibility and availability to work on a casual, short-term basis.
