We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join our team, supporting a range of secondary schools in the Leyland area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across different schools, year groups, and subjects, while maintaining a flexible work schedule.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of the regular class teacher.
  • Ensure students remain on task and meet their learning objectives.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
  • Mark work and provide feedback as required.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in secondary schools (PGCE or similar qualification).
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects and year groups.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.
