Position: Classroom Support Assistant
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Start date: 4th September 2024
Responsible to: SENCO
Contract: 28 hours per week Monday – Friday (term time only)
We are currently recruiting for a Classroom Support Assistant to join an Ofsted rated “good” secondary school in Preston, Lancashire from September 2024. As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will have a crucial role as part of a team that will make the school a happy and safe place for all students.
Your Purpose:
Under the teacher’s guidance, in respect of their work with individuals or small groups, to support education, personal and social development of pupils in the class including those with SEN and/or bilingual needs and to establish positive relationships with the pupils and remail on task and report progress to the teacher.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
