Are you a passionate and newly qualified Geography teacher ready to inspire students and make a lasting impact? We are seeking a dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) in Geography to join our team full-time starting in September 2024. Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach engaging and interactive Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4, with potential opportunities to teach KS5.
  • Develop creative lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and cater to a diverse range of learners.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their best.
  • Collaborate with the Geography department and participate in professional development activities to enhance your teaching practice.
  • Get involved in the broader life of the school through extracurricular activities and events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recently qualified teacher (ECT) with a specialism in Geography.
  • A strong passion for Geography and a commitment to fostering a love for the subject in students.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
