Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Geography teacher to join an independent, faith-based school for September (Term 1 with potential of role extension).

The school takes a unique approach to education, allowing students to self-direct their learning, embedding a strong sense of personal responsibility and intrinsic motivation in each student. The school are looking for somebody who can embody their values and help inspire the next generation of young people in their journey toward independence.

If you are a qualified teacher or Early Career Teacher (ECT) who specialises in Geography and would like to make a real difference teaching students in a unique secondary school in South Gloucester, we would love to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will:

-          Be an enthusiastic teacher with QTS and a passion for Geography.

-          Have a solid understanding of relevant curriculum areas, including assessment and monitoring procedures.

-          Have experience teaching Geography at all Key Stages.

-          Possess a willingness to learn and implement new teaching techniques.

-          Hold a commitment to maintaining and demonstrating high standards.

-          Have the ability to inspire and engage a diverse range of students.

-          Embody the schools values and vision and communicate this positively with students

-          Have own transport
