Geography Teacher Responsibilities: 

• Deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons to students across Key Stages 3-5. 
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting effective learning.
• Tailor your teaching to meet the specific needs all students.
• Play a crucial role in shaping students' knowledge and understanding.

Geography Teacher Requirements: 

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification with degree or specialism in Geography.  
• Previous experience teaching Geography, up to Key Stage 5 preferable.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A genuine passion for geography and the ability to inspire students.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Local to Gillingham, Kent (and flexible to travel to a variety of schools if undertaking supply work).
